Eric Truntz has 20 years of experience in the financial service industry. He has experience in strategic capability design and execution. Mr. Truntz can provide program leadership on efforts that provide transformative change.
At NEOS, Mr. Truntz was responsible for engagement management for a ratings disclosure process redesign effort as well as providing leadership to cross organizational teams. He was also responsible for engagement management for a data topology analysis engagement and established a genre catalog to inventory and align data sources with key business capabilities.
Prior to his work at NEOS, Mr. Truntz worked for The Hartford Financial Services Group. He was director where he created and managed enterprise capabilities for web content management and established enterprise governance model, corporate app store, application development practice and standards, mobile device management and mobile enterprise application platform strategy. He increased delivery capabilities with reduced cost footprint and created enterprise capabilities for web security.
Mr. Truntz received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Hartford. He has taken professional courses in Project Management International – PMP coursework, the society of information managers, six sigma process evaluation, UCONN/Hartford – Business Mastery Program, Lean ADM and Covey’s principle-centered leadership.
